Founded by Elba Pando and her family after emigrating to the United States in search of a better life, our story is one of perseverance, passion, and a deep love for Ecuadorian culinary heritage. Starting with a small restaurant in New York, the family's dedication and love for traditional cooking quickly gained popularity. It wasn’t long before we expanded to Spring Valley, NY, where we proudly serve the community with fresh, authentic dishes every day.
